PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
What will the Future of Dining look like?

In 10 years, the world we live in will look and feel very different.
The effects of climate change, broad demographic shifts, advancements in AI and automation, constant commerce, a changing labor market, and a society growing isolated by technology will change the face of our world.

Even so, we believe customers will still turn to restaurants for the same reasons they always have. Customers will still need and crave convenience, community, entertainment, personalization, and flavor.
So we wondered, what will the future of dining look like? What products, spaces, services, and platforms will make them possible? How might they feel different than today? What are some trailblazing companies from today that point towards transformation in the future?

Here's a sampling of what those restaurants of the future might look and feel like.
